ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: Diverse terrain and sharp suburban ascents define this loop through Melbourne's outer east. The route offers an eclectic mix of quiet bushwalking tracks and paved footpaths, weaving through pockets of native greenery and local streets. Be prepared for several short, steep hills that will certainly get your blood pumping.
We follow the Mullum Mullum Trail through Antonio Park, the Schwerkolt Cottage and with Eastlink views. There are no public bathrooms directly on the route, so plan accordingly before setting off.

MEETING TIME | LOCATION: 11am at southern carpark of Heatherdale Station.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The 10:06am Belgrave train from Flinders Street Station (or the Loop) arrives at 10:55am, so we’ll wait for that, but if you want to buy anything in Heatherdale, take the earlier 9:46am Lilydale train. We’ll be in the first carriage.
